See everything with a person or company - Hire

A Contact’s, Candidate’s or Company’s Activity tab is one timeline of everything Hire has with them, newest first. A company’s timeline includes its contacts’ emails and meetings and its jobs.

Open the person or company.
Select Activity.
To see one kind, select Email, Meetings, Echo or Notes. All shows everything again.

What the timeline shows

Filter	Shows
Email	Each message with them. A teammate’s email shows only that it exists until they link it to a job, or what their Visibility setting shares.
Meetings	Calendar meetings with them, each opening its meeting page.
Echo	Echo recordings and voice logs about them.
Notes	Notes and logged calls or messages.
All	The above, plus applications, stage moves and field changes.

From a thread, meeting or recording

The Inbox’s side panel, a meeting’s page and an Echo recording’s sheet list the people in Hire on it. Each one opens their record and shows their role and job, such as Candidate · Data Analyst · Acme or Contact · Acme · Head of Design.
