Hire has no feedback form. Client feedback comes in the way the client gives it, and Flo turns it into the moves and notes it implies, for you to approve.

From an email

When a client answers a CV you sent, the conversation lands in Inbox › Needs reply with the reason Client replied to CV out. Flo drafts your reply.
  1. Open the conversation and read the feedback.
  2. Link it to the Job if it isn’t already, so your team can read it.
  3. Approve what Flo proposes from it in Tasks › To review, for example a move to the next round.

From a call

File the call, or log it with Log activity: “Bảo liked Khánh Linh, wants her for the case study.” The Rule Client said yes or a round passed proposes the move to the next round, or to Offer. It never proposes Placed. When the client turns someone down, Flo proposes Closed reason Rejected by client, with the client’s words in the notes.

Tell Flo

Ask Flo on the Job, for example “Bảo didn’t like candidates without S&OP; he liked Nam”. Flo records which candidates the client liked and turned down, and what to prefer or avoid. It may propose a change to the ideal candidate, which you confirm.
