Each weekday at 08:00, in your agency’s time zone, Hire puts your morning brief in Needs you on Today. It lists what could slip while you work on other searches. Every member has it from the start. If your agency requires two-step sign-in, you turn it on first under Flo › Rules › Morning brief.

Steps

  1. On Today, find Morning brief in Needs you. Its line counts what is in it, for example “3 replies owed · 2 stuck 5+ days · 4 in interviews · 5 open roles”.
  2. Select Open brief.
  3. Work down the page. Each line names the record and has one button that clears it:
    • Owed a reply. Select Reply to open the conversation in the Inbox.
    • Stuck 5+ working days. Select Open to open the Application, then move it on or add a task.
    • In interviews. Send CV at Interview opens the job’s Pipeline with CV out. For a client round, Agree times when nothing is booked, Prep before the CCM and Log outcome after it open the Application.
    • Open roles. The button is the job’s next step from Today: Shortlist, Reach out or Send CVs.
In interviews: six candidates at Interview or a client round, none booked, with Agree times or Send CV; Open roles: three jobs with CVs sent against target, the pipeline by phase and the next step

What’s in it

  • Owed a reply. Inbox conversations in Needs reply with a candidate or contact who is in Hire, oldest first. Needs Gmail connected.
  • Stuck 5+ working days. Your applications before CV out or at CV sent or Offer that have stayed in one stage for 5 working days or more, longest first.
  • In interviews. Everyone of yours at Interview or a client round, with the booked time from a booked CCM or your next meeting with the candidate. Someone who has waited 5 working days or more with nothing ahead reads “waiting 12 working days”.
  • Open roles. Your open jobs, with CVs sent against the CV target and how many people are before CV out, at CV sent and at the client.
Hire checks your calendar first. Someone with a meeting or an invite in the next 30 days, a booked CCM still ahead, or an open task due today or later is not listed as stuck or owed a reply.

What happens next

  • The page shows the brief as it is now, so a line you cleared since 08:00 is gone.
  • When nothing needs you, Hire sends no brief that morning.
  • Each new brief replaces yesterday’s row in Needs you. Select × to clear it.
  • To turn it off, open Flo › Rules › Morning brief.
  • The brief stays in Hire. It isn’t emailed.
