# Where your data lives

> What Hire reads, keeps and shows from your mail, calendar and Echo, and where it is stored.

Hire stores your agency's records, sign-in data and files in Singapore (AWS `ap-southeast-1`, on Supabase). The app runs on Vercel in Singapore too.

## What Hire reads, keeps and shows

Hire never changes anything in Gmail. To stop older reads, choose **Stop reading older history** in **Mail sync**.

## What leaves Singapore

<Note>Hire does not train AI models on your data, and asks OpenRouter to route only to providers that keep none of it. Flo never reads a teammate's mail that isn't linked to a Job.</Note>
